Well most folks have most likely already do something simular or better lol, but thought I might post this anyway for those that may find it useful or give thought to even better ideas.
The other day while out shooting I found I had so many little tools I carried it drove me nuts. I had pliers (tightening small nuts/inserts), needle-nose pliers (removing inserts from targets), screwdrivers (blade and philips), nocking pliers, pocket knife and a little tool I used to strip fletches off with and a set of folding allen/hex keys. Well I always like to be prepared but this was just silly.
So I had a simple idea and for me it worked out well, now I carry a $6 multi-tool (cheap leatherman knock-off) and my folding allen/hex key set. All I had to do was make a smooth concave grinding in the nose of the plier part of the tool for nocking with. Then I just used the same grinding stone to grind a concave part in the lower edge of the blade to make a really good fletch removing tool.
