Hi guys,
My fiance and myself have just taken up the sport of bow hunting well first for her and im restarting. I live in a town called quirindi NSW 45 min drive from tamworth, and we are looking for properties to hunt on. I understand that people are not willing to allow people on their property because either they shoot there or for safety thus the problem we are having with find properties.
So are looking anyone who would be willing to allow us on their property for a shot or two we are 19 and are willing to drive.
So if there is anyone generous enough please send me a pm or ring me on my mobile at any time (0432208613).
Thanks, SG
We've all had/having those same problems mate, it's part and parcel of it all I'm afraid.
You live in a good area, just keep asking about, leave no stone unturned
Head to the local water hole and start chatting to everyone. Most properties I know of have been picked up this way.

hey mate, i live in Murrurundi and have only got one property at my mate benhohnkes place at the old quipoly dam thats got just about everything except deer on it and one property 10 mins from Quirindi thats got lots of foxes, bunnies and other critters on it........ :D
I also have two more out towards Gunnedah and Wallabadah......... :)
The way i've been able to access these properties is by getting to know everyone around the area........... 8)
If you try a bit of a doorknock around the area you should ask wether you can just scout around the property for a few weeks first, before asking to hunt on the property so that the owner has a chance to get to know you
SH
G'day S.G, mate head out around the the liverpool range which isn't very far from where you are. You will find some really good game around there. Just do the door nock mate as Saber suggested.

You can also get an R license from the game council as there are some top quality state forests out your way.

Hi guys,
I was thinking of getting my G license so at least if i asked to go on some property i could say i have the $10m coverage.
Of late i have gotten permission to go on the honke's land, also caranilla a little further our which is about 3000 acres, a place called back creek and a promissing goat property..
SG.
Yeh mate I know of 'back creek'. Hunted around there myself when I was living in the hunter valley. You will find some good game there! Cheers mate and best of luck.
