Hi All,

Just curious as to whether anyone has had anything to do with the Perfectline recuve bows.

I'm realistic in that, for $150 you cannot and will not get a super smooth, highly engineered piece of tackle. But will I get something that is
basically functional and robust ? I'm really only looking for something to have some fun with down along the creek with the kids shooting at dry cow pats, tussocks etc.

Am I better off spending the extra $ on something like a Samick ?

Cheers

I havn't had anything to do with those type of bows...

But do you actually wanna hunt with it? If it's for the kids (young takkers  ) go and get a sapling and bend it over, tie a length of string to each end.......

If it's to hunt with (even very occasionaly) I doubt a really 'knockabout' type of bow will be sufficient :D

Rory,

Occasional rabbit and fox , the compounds are my main interest. Mainly looking for fun ( could convert  ) , kids have their own gear.

Clingish,

That would be greatly appreciated. That was the place I'd seen them but I wasn't sure of posting retailers names.

Cheers

No offence mate but they look pretty crappy.
I had never heard of them before .I think you would be better off spending $70 more and getting a samick.

Like most things in life, you get what you pay for, but for the xtra couple of bucks, I would go a samick or even a internature.
Have seen and had a play with 1-2 perfectline bow(s), hence the above comments were made.
