I'm think after looking at the tips of his horns that they are going towards his bum end a bit so it's kinda hard to tell but not ever having shot a nice billy to know an approximate I'd take a guess at 122dp :?:

Nice billy.
Spreads not bad, judging by your face width in the picture, around 30"? Bases maybe 7", curl length similar to the spread. I'm guessing around 80 points.
Hope for your sake it's higher. :D
