:D Not me. I'm turning 21 again tomorrow (15th August)
Ok ok a bit older then 21 how about 33. :(
But hey I'm happy as a pig in .....MUD
I got my presents early. Got home tonight and my daughter had my present ready to give to me. Which she promptly helped me to open.
And what did I get??? Socks jocks and singlets :( NOT
My wife must have got sick of me talking about how much I NEED this and that for archery/hunting and went to Archery Mart with a list.
I ended up with a Burlap target face with four animals on it (rabbit, beaver, grouse and crow) as well as a digi grain scale :D
The best part of all this is that it was a totally total surprise after I thought she was going to get me a new drill.
But the good news stops there :( Brian at Archery Mart stopped my wife from spending any more on me :( and said "No I think thats enough for him. He'll be happy with that"
But to his credit I must say that he did the right thing. He could have quite easily ripped my wife off by telling he "he'll need this and that to go with that" but he didn't. Which I will be thanking him for.
Jo gave him the list and her budget then TRIED to tell him what equipment I have and shoot. And he come up with the options.
Brian even took the time to show and explain the kids bows to Jo.
To top it off Jo was happy that she had got me a decent gift that she knew I'd like and wasn't treated like a "dumb female" in unfamilar territory.
And to top it off Bella was almost trashing his store and he didn't say a thing, he actually let her go behind the counter where she proceded to help her self to a bag of full length pink feathers :lol: He then took one out of the bag and gave it to her to play with, Bella's first taste of trad archery I'm happy :D
So I'm one happy camper now..........well will be once I get my new car aswell :D :D
