Fishing with a bow?

Hi guys,

I had a poke around the fishing laws but couldn't find anything.

What are the laws on bow fishing, is it legal, i am and aboriginal so i don't need a licence, but what can i shoot what can't i shoot, if at all.

The bowfishing laws in each state are usually the same as the spear fishing laws.

Ring your DPI or Fisheries dept mate...or search their websites.
