Well, we've come a long way and the end of this month, the 29th of September sees our fifth birthday :!:

To celebrate we are going to hold a raffle/auction with a package of prizes second to none!

We have been most generously donated:
- a chital hunt from Mick (Trophy Bowhunts Australia)
- a hunt from Cape York Bowhunters Lodge
several other prizes including TBGA stickers, TBGA caps and more...

Ticket prices will be announced soon but we are happy to also announce that as a way of thanking Scott and Jodi's Club at Walcha - Bowbenders Of The Great Divide (whom earlier in the year dontated a percentage of takings from the deer hunt raffle we hosted for them) we will, in return, be donating a percentage of ticket sales takings to their club.

Tickets:
$10 tickets will see you in the running for the hunt prize (as well as the minor prizes) while $5 tickets will see you eligible for TBGA gear giveaways. ($3 of every $10 ticket and $2 of every $5 ticket sold will go to Bowbenders of the Great Divide Bowhunters Club of Walcha).

Oh well, by the looks of the latest pics Pat has put up it seems a great hunt for pretty darn cheap has gone begging...thanks, all the same, must go to the boys for their very generous discount for TBGA members. :P

On another note Friar Tuck of Gecko Archery (www.geckoarchery.com.au)has indicated he will be donating towards our raffle prize pool. I'm not exactly sure of the details just yet but it will no doubt be a top quality prize in the usual manner.

OK...

Firstly, due to reasons beyond his control Shano has had to withdraw his offer of a free hunt with Black Panther Bowhunts.

In it's place we are offering a second place prize of a $150 gift voucher and for fourth prize a $50 gift voucher from Gecko Archery.

Antony (Friar Tuck) has informed me that he will be going out of his way to "look after" the lucky recipients of these prizes ;) with some very good prices. :P

So a massive thanks to Ant for his support of TBGA!

Secondly, the last day for buying tickets will be Friday the 20th of October (This friday!)...so don't miss out on the chance for some awesome prizes!

The draw will be conducted this saturday...good luck to those who have purchased tickets already.
