Hey fellas ive been looking around for about 5 months now for a new bow to replace my alpine micro. Im looking at the martin saber in a package at www.archerymart.com.au for $650.

just wanted to know what you guys think of it and how it would suit me for hunting mainly and the aba round every second sunday or if you know any other good bows for around this price.

thanks TH :D

trophyhunter,
Have a glance under tuning/technical at the post New Setup. It will answer most of your Saber questions.
Personally I think its a good deal. The 2 I owned were really nice bows. I also think you should stick with the Dyna cam IMO its a better cam.

In the Martin Range, Cant go past Brian and Liz expert advice.
Good Value, The only thing I would suggest your ask if you can do a deal on a up model sight. S2 hunter sights are Moulded Plastic, just have to be more gentle with them other than machined alloy sights.
Apart from that, swweeeet bow dude

Gotta second that about the sight. Although it seems fairly strong( my son uses one), but its a SOB to adjust.
