Made some modifacations and got this coms unit turned into some chest webbing for my binos, rangefinder, radio and camera.I used it the other day and found it to be very handy, with minimal movement reqiured to acces both rangefinder and binoculars and at the same time protecting it from the elements :D

looks kool stealth :D
i want one
Great idea....BUT I don't like the idea of the velcro on the bino cover (bit noisy opening it when a stag is jsut 20m away :x ). Can you take the velcro off and just use the clip?
Where did you get it from?
Does it get int he way when drawing your bow?

Ta hood.Yer I agree with you on the velcro and I,m gonna get rid of that .I got it from platypus outdoors http://www.platatac.com/.I just sent them the dimensions of the gear and they adjusted to suit. They were very helpfull and give discounts to servicemen. With drawing my bow I hardly notice its there.
That sounds great might have to get my old man to order one for me as he's x RAAF :D
Is it high on the chest and does it get in the way of the string? I would have thought a "gunslinger" thigh rig would have been more readily accessible and not interfere.

Stealth how about a pic with it on and you at full draw :)

Luke ,no I havent really had the chance yet .I was going to get one of those harnesses but went for this so I can crawl around and not worry about damaging my optics.I have a simular one I use for work and It doesn't get in the way at all when leopard crawling and it props me up into a comfatable prone position.Thanks.

Why do you need to look through binos when you're 20 meters away???????
Well maybe you were glassing further away, then he stood up from his bed then you need to put the binos back in the pocket
