Magic Moment

[Howling Dog]

This morning I let Kate off for her morning run at 4.00am as normal & she usually plays with my other dogs & then races of to the neighbours farm to play with their dog.
At 4.40am I could hear the neighbours dog & my two other dogs barking their heads off just outside the house. 100 metres from the house were the three dogs roaring their heads off & about thirty metres further on was Kate & a large yellow Dingo wrestling & playing, paying no attention to the other dogs. I raced inside for the camera, couldn't find it , forgot it was in my backpack after a frantic search I came back out on the verandah, as Kate looked back towards the house & the Dingo did likewise I think it spotted me & took off down the ridge into a lantana choked gully with Kate following before I could get a photo.
Kate came back about 5.30am.
Just thought I would share this unusual moment & sorry about not being quick enough to get a photo.
