What are you looking for, end serving or centre serving?
I have a new roll of Green centre serving in .22 if you are interested.

Go for the end serving, mate.
Around 0.14 to 0.18.

What is the difference between end serving and centre serving and what would you use each one for???

End serving is smaller to allow the string to fit in the cam(s)/idler grooves, centre serving is for the nock fit on the string.
End serving sizes range from .14 to .19.
Smaller diameter strings have a smaller circumference so need a thicker serving for both the ends and the nock fit, while a thicker string has a smaller diameter serving so the fit in the cam grooves and for the nock are still OK.
Centre serving sizes range from .19 to .24 and are usually braid on compounds or nylon on some recurve/long bows.
