Has anyone here made a 2 piece bow quiver for there longbow? If so do you have build along?

I am going to build one for mine and have some ideas, but still have a few concerns about the strap/mounting points.

cheers

I've seen one made from a pair of thongs
Seemed to work OK but a bit dangerous without a hood

How do you work around weight changes and changes to weight distribution affecting point of impact?

I had a 4-arrow bow quiver. Starting from one arrow on the shelf and quiver filled, by the last shot, point of impact changed significantly.

I've been trying to work something out, but I'm having no luck.

I thought about 2-arrow quiver, rigidly superimposed on the bow's back, but I suspect this is klutzy and very unintuitive to use.

The rubber is conveyor belt rubber and I think the hood coulbe from a shoe (Thats what I would use)

Hi Hutcho,

Have a look at the quivers on here www.alaskabowhunting.com

I think there is a build a long on the oz bow site www.ozbow.net under the lore and legend section off the front page one arrow quiver.

Hope that helps.

Cheers Tim
