All broadheads work very well. I prefer to use two blade as they have the least amount of drag on game such as pigs and larger bodied animals as well as excellent penetration value. I have shot with expandables and have found them to work well on light bodied game. Three and fourblade heads work well as they provide a larger amount of cut area to facillitate in the loss of blood and a quick death as a result.
It all comes down to personal preference and what you wish to hunt with them. I hope this is of some help.

Australia has a preference towards two blade heads for tougher skinned and heavily boned game such as pigs, Scrub bulls etc. Three bladed heads will do the same job as long as they are tough enough.
The expandables work much better for softer skinned animals like deer and goats however given that expandables are on the more expensive side goats are normally a waste of money when a perfectly good cheaper head will do the job.
I personally use G5 Outdoors broadheads because I believe in them, and have therefore picked up an Australian distributorship for them. There are other very good broadheads on the market and everyone will have a personal preference.
Good hunting

Yep I am sure I can if they have them in stock. Not something I stock in Australia as a general rule but will get back to you tommorrow. (They are all asleep at the mo in US).

thanks that has helped out alot. i have some caheaper 3 blade broad heads but i think they seem a bit flimsy to take down a deer i will keep them for foxes.
FT,
I used the TekanII in my long bow arrows and even though they weren't meant for that style of hunting they sure out penetrated the 2 blades in the block.......a piece of white paper also showed that the two expandable blades opened prior to hitting the foam! Good stuff those......

Do yourself a favour and get a handful of woodies supremes.
As hard as we tried on our last trip out in some very rocky terrain (first time in country that rocky) we couldn't manage to bend/break any broadheads, which is testimony to their incredible toughness.
Penetrated clean through even the larger goats also.
For most intensive purposes, they should do the job no probs at all.
Don't waste your money on anything else.

Unfortunately there are no Shotke Broadheads left at G5 Outdoors. The product was discontinued at the end of 2004.
Kind Regards
