View Full Version : Silverwood shafts from OZ

We used to be able to get a wood shaft in Canada from Australia called a "Silverwood".
They are a barrel tapered shaft that was very straight and the weight and spine spread was near a perfect spread over a dozen.
They are not available over here any more and some dealer friends are trying to find the source for them.
Are they still available in Australia? and who is the manufacturer for these shafts?
Any information on how to contact the maker is apreciated.

I believe they will only sell to retailers. I buy mine from Bows Arrows and Bits, a tackle shop in Werribee Victoria (see Jeffro's link above). They sell for AU$34 a dozen by mail order.

They are truly excellent shafts. 8)
