What spine carbons for 60in. 55@28in recurve?

I have been shooting 55/75 GT's out of my 50lb curve without any drama's as well as 11/32 POC. However I am sure that there are others that will have more experience then me in these matters :)

Hi Luke

I was shooting Goldtip Traditionals from my 54# @ 28 inch recurve. I was using 35/55 shafts cut to 28.5 inches with 125 grain points and they shot very well indeed. They shot well with irrigation drip tubing up the inside. They also shot well with 100 grain brass inserts with 125 grain points and they shot pretty well unweighted with 125 grain points.

They also shot well from my 50# recurve. They were very versatile shafts indeed. 8)

I've only had experience with Goldtips.
