I have had very little to do with these rests and my son used to use a release aid...It is a dropaway so fingers should be ok but others in here may know a bit more about them...

have used fingers for four or so years with the muzzy rest.have a diagram on how to modify the hook that i got off muzzy for finger shooting. pm me with email addy and i will send it to you
