Hi Gang,

Just curious if someone is interesting to trade a bowhunt in California.
I am a trad bowhunter living in California , we have a lot of mule deer/black tail deer 2 hours from my place, it's public land but archery only zone, means everyday you'll see 10/12 deers with many oportunities from my trees tand or stalking if you prefer!!!
Also if you come around september/october bowfishing is still on with huge quantity of carps, last time from my wooden canoe I get 18 fish in 2 hours!!!!
And if you like wingshooting we have some redlegs partridge every where in the desert just need some strong legs and the dog will do the rest!!!!

Depends how long you want to stay but I can pick you up at the airport, leave you at the campground with a pile of wood/food and show you my best spots I expect the same from you

I'll be around Sydney in December for 3 weeks, and mainly interested with water buff and wild boars

All of this is serious, I don't care about your bow (compound/recurve....) I just want great sportivity and Ethic, but we could still have a beer on the front of the fire I am not a freack!!

Seb, mate, you wont find any buff near Sydney

You'll have to travell to the Northern Territory which is a short plane trip or a looooooong drive (4-5 days at least) from Sydney. :(

You might like to talk to our few sponsor guiding operators who specialise in that sort of thing. Check out our sponsors forum ;)

There are good pig numbers in various parts of NSW but I personally don't have much experience close by to Sydney, some of the other fellas should be able to help you out there ;)

Good luck mate!

Luke,

Thanks for the input, but I knew there is no buff around Sydney that's why I want to stay at least 3 weeks, does the 'Boomerang Pass' is still available my wife used it to travel all around Autralia in 2001.......

No worries mate.

Can't say I'm familiar with the Boomerang Pass :?

A travell agent might be able to help you out there.

Gday FREAK I mean Sebastien.

I'd be able to help you out on the wild boars mate, along with some fox hunting, rabbit hunting, and billy goats. And maybe a fallow deer or 2 might be seen.

It would be around 5 to 6 hours drive from sydney. Not Sure I'd ever make it out Cal, Appreciate it all the same.

Over and out, Freak
