hey everyone
ive heard that the longer the brace height the slower the bow but with a short brace height its faster
i dont understand and does anyone know how i can get i higher FOC

having a shorter brace height means that the arrow is under accelleration from the string and cams for longer... i.e it is the exact same if you have a 29' draw length 7' brace height, and 30' draw and 7' brace height; which would make the arrow speed quicker. so if you have 2 29' draw bows, one with 7 inch brace, one with 8' brace, the arrow will be quicker...
to simplify it:
29' draw 8' brace= 21' arrow travel attached to string
29' draw 7' brace= 22' arrow travel attached to string
similarly
29' draw 8' brace= 21' arrow travel attached to string
30' draw 8' brace= 22' arrow travel attached to string
