camera's?

Hey guys,
The time has come to get a new camera, I got the money now all i need is to find the right one, Just wondering if anyone has a camera thats a good one something between $1400 and $2000, something that has 3ccd, super steady shot and good sound, so has anyone got something thats got thats stuff or know someone that does?

ive the panosonic gsv 400.its 3cccd and 4.0 camera..was good but stopped on me late last year with moisture prob,gone in 4 warranty see what happens..

apart from all that great pic quality etc.

we are now looking at some more serious semi pro cameras,prob canons in the 3 to 5 k mark...

cameras the sky the limit,all depends what u really need and plan to do and ur credit card limit..

hey pat what do u reckon about this one? and everybody's thoughts that has a bit of an idea on cameras, what do u think for a hunting camera?

ITS THE latest model of mine...i did a lot of researching and found that it had a good review..i was happy with mine til it failed..im waiting on an answer as we speak...

the surfer dude on there gives it a big thumbs up,i think a protective case is important..

im no expert in this field[or any other :) ] ,there is so much new tech out there it gets confusing,but it does seem to come up that 3ccd is the way to go.

i know brad smith uses a canon with 3ccd and his was around the 5 grand mark..but u can see the quality difference easy over any other hunting vids done here in aus.

no doubt its a good camera,just all depends on what ur plans are and $$$ u have to spend...

hear is the one im thinking about getting maybe it looks like its got good picture and good sound, and a 1.7 second start up. what does everyone think does it look like a good camera for hunting? like i said b4 i dont know much about cameras
