new fictional story

i was sound asleep in my hut in the middle of the aussie bush im suddenly woken up as i can hear a stag roaring no more then 100m away from the hut,
i look at my watch its 4.30am i chose to go back to sleep then again you hear the mighty stag roar but it seems louder and closer you are now at full alert wondering what to do you chuck your gear on grab your bow and walk out the door to see.................................. :D :D :D please feel free to go on :D

nothing, it is still pitch dark, you start to wonder maybe you were dreaming

but then you heard it again, even louder than the previous roars

but then you here another roar and you know its real so you grab somthing to eat and keep looking out the window to see if the sun is coming up yet but its still to early to you sit and wait then the sun finally start coming up and you can just see you pull out your binos and see......

a damn hereford bull! Back to bed for awhile to catch up on a few zzzzzz!
Suddenly there was a loud bang on the door......

the banging began to get louder and louder! then all of a sudden.... :D

its horns are 40 odd inches on both sides! you have your bow in hand, the bull is staring straight at you blowing steam out of its nostrills, you draw back and think......

You shoot, its a perfect shot. You quickly run and hide beneath the sheets of the bed.

you hear the bull moaning...he soon expires....i poke ur head out above the sheets to make sure its all clear, the coast is clear, you walk over to investigate this fine trophy and............................

you take some time to get your breath back, you can finally breath properly again and your heart beat is back to normal you pull out the camera and start taking some exellent photos of the massive bull, you drage the beast outside and start butchering the meat but you soon discover.......

notifiy the authorities......or keep it under your hat.....your so spaced out by your discovery you find it hard to make a choice, you finnaly pull yourself together and decide to keep it under your hat, any one you told would obviously think youve lost your mind

you decide that you need a drink so you go back to the house and grab a cold glass of water and splash your face, ya pick up the phone and call the wife at work, you'v told her the story about what happend and she replies why dont you type it up and post it on TBGA?.... :D :lol: :P
