Hi every one,

Been AGES since I have been on the sight let alone posted, busy is all I can say.

This is a look at some of the country we hunt in-

And another, just a tad drier, and with a couple of goats running around -

This is a mate of mines first goat, he is pretty stoked with it, but not half as stoked as he is with his second one...his first goat of the hunt -

My first goat of the hunt, the dogs loved it -

My mates second goat (95 DP trophy class), I put a second arrow through it. There were two billies feeding, my mate hit this one however I didn't know which of the two he hit and consequently I placed a shaft through the same one. Went trophy too and the other one with him would have as well...BUGGER

And here folks, is the happiest Shano in the world, my first Fallow, a young buck. A spot and stalk, I dropped all my gear and crept in with socks on. I actually hit another one as well 30 seconds before this one however couldn't pick up a blood trail. I am stoked with this one though :D :D

Happy hunting boys,

Good on you mate!
We've missed you!
You obviously have been out putting in the kilometres on foot slogging up those hills.
I bet the dogs don't get that one, hey?

Congrats on the deer: The pinnacle of Aussie bowhunting.

Yeeeha, good on ya Shano, well done mate! :D

You never know mate, you might get another one or two before you head off over seas. If you get stuck with a lot of meat in the freezer when it's time to leave, you know I'll help you out with it. :D

Great work Shano!! (and your mate of course!).

It's amazing where those goats turn up! Fancy finding them in front of those yards! Bet it was a surprise as you came over the hill ;)

Did you find the deer down in the back corner where they like to normally hang out?

Again, good to see mate - you've worked hard for it :D
