Self guided NSW goat hunt

Hi,... im planning a hunt in NSW after some goats. i had a place planned out but fell thru.... :( anyway now i need to find a area to hunt in (for a week in september) thats cheap as hell but still a good hunting place... I dont care about any luxories or anything and just really need a really really cheap place to hunt.... Does anybody know any self guided hunting area (cheap), state forests or just anywhere to hunt.... pretty desperate at the moment so any info would be great... :) ..

Do you have a more specific area than NSW in general mate? It is a large state after all ;)

have a look at some of the properties out towards nymagee... if your looking fo oportunities on goats, theres a **** load, the only thing is there might only be one billy per mob... its easy hunting in terms of finding the goats, but getting to them will keep you fit... depending on the time of year, you can head up into the hills and listen early morning, or simply sit on a tank anywhere anytime of day, goats frequent them whenever possible in summer...

hey guys thanx for the tip- generally anywhere at all in nsw but preferbly not to north and as for they goats i don't really care about trophy game or anything ill be over the moon with a nanny so....any other info guys...?
