"Darren
No joy on the weekend, nothing except a couple of roos.
Paul the neigbour came over on Saturday night, he sprung 2 blokes with
torches and pig dogs. ended up one of the trespassers belted him up and i

All it takes is them to ask the Owner of the property if they are allowed to hunt, there fore they as inviduals are covered if police get involved simply because its private property and the owner has given them permission to hunt the desired animals on their property. How ever police can take it further if it is harming native animals etc.

Therefore Prosecuting them will lay sevral charges my father is a police officer in the fraud squad he said up to 5 charges can be laid on them as individuals even if they had permission and they assaulted him, He can still press charges.

Mate it's happening all over the country,

lastweekend away I stumbled across somebodys handywork, three large samber doe's downed along a closed 4x4 track in fairly remote country. We smelt a fourth a couple days later. The worse bit was they were all within 200m and had not had cuts taken, just left to rot.

all it takes is one set of idiots (other words to say, probably not good on a public forum) to ruin it for all of us. theyll shoot up all the game you want to hunt. thi must be very frustrating.

one property owner we know out in Western NSW had some shooters come once with dogs and there were sheep in the yards near the quarters. the dogs were pig dogs and they killed heaps of the sheep. it doesnt take much to ruin it for everyone...

i was a up in some state forrest today. the track is closed in winter but some one has cut the cable. i parked at the gate anyway and walked in. about 9 o'clock a group of motor bikes came past. bloody hell thats annoying. not only that but they go through all the side tracks too. they are clearly marked no riding area!
not as bad as finding dead deer left to rot but incredibly disrespectful to the bush. they just dont give a ..
ill be calling the DSE tomorrow to tell them about them the gate.

we found a bloke at our property at nymagee a couple of trips back riding a quad with an enclosure front and back, and a dog on the seat... we drove up on him and sprung him whilst he was trying to muster a couple of goats... he then got on the bike and tried to convince us he was looking for sheep... needless to say, we called the property owner right away... he had sprung the same bloke doing the same thing less then a week ago!!!

nothing annoys me more
