first ever bow was fred bear grizzly recurve (50lb). first compound was a bear truth
Dad had a couple of old kids longbows on the wall that we used to terrorise the local currawong and indian minors with. He then gave me a Yamaha recurve and the first compound was a Proline Cyclone TXB II. Gee, thats a long time ago.

my first bow is the bow i recently sold you! i nailed 10 bunnies with that bow and had a great time with it...it was a perfectline 20lb
My first bow was a bear black bear hunter which peaked out at 50#. I traded in on a Martin Lynx. Would love to get hold of an old bear again if anyone has one lying around.
Cheers Tim
Mine was a kids fibreglass longbow... it's still in the cupboard at my parent's place :o
Was so young when given it I can hardly remember

my first was a reflex gamegetter II. nice bow... went of like a .22 compared to bows that i shoot nowadays, and about half as quick, but i dont think ive ever had a bow group 4 inches out to 40m apart from that bow... the most basic setup ive ever had, but still the most accurate!!! hows that work???

First commercially made bow was a 65# longbow back in the early 70s.
Can't remember the name.
First compound was about six years ago, an American Eagle 70# twin cam.
