Hi i was just wondering if anybody would be able to tell me how much a dozen wooden arrows would cost me??????.

And does anybody happen to know how to build wooden arrows??? or would it work out cheaper to buy them already made up.

Thanks :)

The cost will depend on the size/spine needed to suit the poundage that you are shooting, and what style of shaft you wanted ie Cedar or hardwood. Making them to a little bit more effort the carbons or aluminium but not much. There are others on here that would have a much better idea on cost then I would.

Hey mate, i got a dozen off Forro fully fletched and spined for $112 posted to my door. Check out the "what size alloys" thread and on the last page there is a photo of them. He can also do different colours and different size fletchings.
I dont know how to make them myself yet so i cant help you there

I presume you are shooting them from a trad bow, (longbow/recurve etc) ?

I wouldn't shoot woods from a modern compound is all ;)

If you are shooting them out of a compound, why wouldn't you go with carbons, they are cheap and the spine/weight is the same, and probaly cheaper than woods, howie
