Seen my first deer!!!

Well today i saw my first feral deer when i was driving to mudgee for footy. Off the side of the road about 200m away there were between 5-8 fallow deer walking up a small hill. I tell you what it was an awesome feeling!

Nice josh:) you cant beat the feeling of seeing your first wild deer, well you can, by shooting one:) We might have to see if we can get on there to hunt them when me and jim get back:D

Where abouts where they on the way to mudgee??

nice, you know where to go hunting now. when i saw my first i was waving my hands round pointing at it. it was my 2nd hunt and the guy i went with was trying to get me to stop moving.

hit and giggle I know how you feel,I saw my first red deer in wild the other day.
When I saw them I thought it looked like a llama but the other bloke with me
said I don't think so and when I had another look it was a red hind,then when we had another look there was a stag and another hind this one had a ear tag
THEN we saw another stag,this was 10.30am.They were on property but it was low fenced,there used to be a deer farm near this place but the deer were fallow.Lucky I have a permit to take deer on forestry land.One of the stags had
one good side and the other antler was malformed,but the other stag has at
least a 5x5 head on him
