Hi Lads,

Some of you probably remember my first full custom knife I made last year. It has worked well for me on the few critters that I have dropped since then, I took it with me to Canada to show some mates over there and one night I was chopping fire wood with a tomahawk and thought "what the hell, lets try this thing out".

Well I can tell you all that Hills Heat Treating in Melbourne really know their stuff, I splintered 4 decent size blocks of timber in no time flat and with very little effort. When I was done it was still shaving sharp (just). When we got home to Oz I ran the edge over my stop (leather on the back of my Razor's Edge broadhead sharpener) only half a dozen times and it was back to being absolutely scary sharp. This knife is awesome I am really impressed with the HT that the Hills lads have done that I will be sending all my future projects to them no matter where I am!
