Howdy! I would like to make it known that the Twin City Bowmen Club of Albury will be having their annual Invitation shoot on the weekend of the 15th. and 16th. of September.
This is a two day, non affiliated shoot consisting of a 20 target Rabbit round, 20 target single arrow hunting situation 3D round, Running Pig, and long distance shoot on the Saturday. Sunday is the typical 40 target animal round shoot over both of our courses.
The shoot is open to anyone that can shoot a bow, from a bent willow stick to a fully sick freestyle weapon, age is also no barrier.
We have full canteen facilities, brick club house with side enclosure, fully equipped amenities block with showers and good camping area.
The cost of the shoot (I believe) is $25 per individual or $50 per family (4 people) this fee also includes a 3 course feed of home made chunky vegie soup, roast game and bought meats and roast vegies and a desert!
The club grounds will be open for camping from Friday afternoon for those who want to come early.
This is a great weekend of shooting that a number of members here can vouch for. Get it together and come along !
