I bought a 110lb digital scale by Coffey Marketing about 6months back through Canga Archery. Two weeks ago while measuring the draw weight on my 5 day old X-Force the hook decided it would straighten causing major damage to my the cams and my metal bow case. After the initial shock I thanked God that my 13 yr old son who was in the room was not hurthttp://www.archery-forum.com/images/smilies/icon_eek.gif . To cut a long story short I spoke to Gary the owner of Coffey Marketing in the US and he was absolutely wonderful. He asked me to get my bow fixed and pass the invoice onto Al at Canga who would in turn send it on to him and he would cover any expense incurred by me. Al was also very helpful and accommodating Great guy great servicehttp://www.archery-forum.com/images/smilies/thumb.gif .

My bow case where the cam hit.

You wouldn't think it would do that much damage, but looks as though you have had a good outcome, they sound good to deal with...Glenn...

It was a real eye opener for me I knew that a bow could cause some damage but this surprised me.:o

Rin I suppose you are lucky your bow didn't fly to bits, be the same as a dry fire I suppose...Glenn...

the same situation happened to someone over on AF where the bow made contact with his chin. Not happy at all. I'm stoked you guys sorted it out and no one was injured. It would be a surprise to anyone. That is why... I wear Safety glasses when pressing my bow.. you just never know when things will happen. Better off being safe than sorry :D

Glad to hear no-one injured!
When will we do another phone book penetration test?
Right now may be my best chance to beat the X Force (while it's busted)
