Hello all. Have an Internature Viper longbow with a limb-long crack- even into the limb tip laminates. Very sad, as I've grown quite fond of shooting this little bow. Contacted the Australian supplier and all the support I got was 'here's the manufacturer's contact details' and "... good luck." Left to try and communicate with the Korean maker Internature myself and make a warranty claim. The Viper seems to have the reputation of being a very solid, reliable bow, from what I've read. Anyone had a similar experience with these bows?

That's a bit rough Norm, I would go back to the shop where you bought it from or back to the supplier and stand your ground. Did you buy the bow new, if so you shouldn't have a problem ith warranty...Glenn...

Thanks Glenn- Yes, the bow was bought new. I live outside of Oz, and the supplier informed me that; they now don't ship outside the county and the cost of ME shipping the bow to and from the country would surpass the original cost of the bow. I'm left to negotiate with Internature myself, which I'm less than thrilled about. That's why the post asking whether anyone has had to deal with an Internature warranty claim.

That's a nuisance Norm, mate I use to import bows from the States for resale and if there was a warranty some of the companies I had to ship warranty bows back and forth at my expense. It's a pain in the arse but thats the way it is with most companies, not all but most. The Internature bow has a good reputation for their bows, I have only ever heard good things about them, good luck on the warranty mate...Glenn...

Alex- hope your Dad's injuries weren't too bad and no long term effects. Glad he got a replacement- pretty much given up on mine, except if I take the ferry over to South Korea (not far from where I live) and learn perfect Korean in a morning (just move that to the top of the "Things To Do Today" list) and do the exchange. Maybe.

Take some good photos of the damage and include them with an E-mail telling how disapointed you are with the dealer, and the loss of the bow.
Quote the dealer and give his name .
Ask what they can do for you.
Customer service can often surprise you.

This is the first one of these bows I heard of failing.
