Game measuring

Where would a bloke look to find out how and where to measure game taken? I have never been one to be bothered with this sort of thing but curiosity is getting the better of me as to how things measure up.

Of late, Maxy and Peter have been doing articles on measuring different species in the Bowhunting Down under mag. Get a few back copies and flick through them. All of the non antlered species are easy to measure for self satisfaction once you have read the articles.

TT also has some measuring books which were compiled by one of our members, very similar to the Norman Douglas scoring books. They cover the scoring of goats, pigs, camels, buffalo, foxes and cats (i think!) and all the Aussie deer species.

We sell them for $15 each.

Getting there Derek, but huntings been on the backburner a bit of late trying to get my uni work out of the way.

Up the Cape late October so should get some more footage then.
