hi any of you guys use feather waterproofing powder?and how do you apply yours?

I have used it in the past. You need to place the powder in a plastic bag and then place the feathers end of the arrow in the bag and hold the bag closed and rub the powder into the feathers. The powder is silicone and you must not breath it. It does work well but I haven't used it for years now as i bought a good supply of goose feathers which are naturally waterproof and they work better. The powder does come off when shot a few times and you have to redo them...Glenn...

yeah thats how i have done mine in the past ,do you grind and burn your own feathers glenn ?
