stress reliever...

after last weeks hunt i was dieing to get out again and school made it even worse, finally managed to get out hunting last night to relieve some stress and take some shots... after walking around for a while and taking 1 shot where i misjudged the distance by a lot, i came to the tree line where it opens out into prickle bushes there was a nice sized rabbit siting about 35m i took one step towards him and another rabbit jumped out and bolted from 15m.... i hooked on my release aid and readied the bow just in case and as soon as id finished that a little head poped up no more then 10m away...big mistake, i drew back the bow, top pin on his chest and bang. i lowerd my bow to see the medium sized rabbit skewered through the lungs to the ground, and what i thought was a little kitten turned out to be an ok size.... a nice quick clean kill on my 4th rabbit.

after that i took 2 shots at a mixo rabbit (one shot from 8m!) and managed to screw both shots up... returned home happy as, and alot of stress relieved...

mate sounds like a wikid idea... see if we can get victoria to take the lead in rabbit kills (NSW's beating us), and thanks for the replys guys....
