Gleneagles 3D Shoot

Gleneagles is having a 3D shoot on the 22nd of this month (next Saturday) so any WA boys that have an opening it would be a great day.
Starts at about 12:30 till whenever. There is a great group of members and a really good range .

I only managed to go the once before moving but I was made to feel very welcome, had a couple of good yarns with some guys and even had a goat (webber) sanga.

Whenever I go back to perth I'll be heading down there for a shoot.

3D's are life size aniamls weve got deer, pigs, dogs a few big cats with the normal 3 zones we also score the shots for a bit of fun.

Na mate no beard i im a young fella (19) on the day i was shooting a longbow i was hanging with angelo.

sorry mate can't remember but I can say that I didn't do the course as I'd put through 90 shots the day before and my shoulder injury was acting up.

It was purely a recon trip that was supposed to end in membership.

then I'm in Esperance and well now I'll just have to pop in once a year or so.

And I wouldn't worry about the rain, if your really serious you gotta learn to shoot in the rain or you'll end up missing out on a lot of opportunities.

ye me niether i really ment being windy coz theres no chance of shooting if its bad, it just wont be the same glenn, lol.

tell you what mate, its always windy down here, I shoot in the yard and it blows me around at full draw, although with 25 meters in the air before the arrow enters the shed there isn't much lateral movement at all so I'll just squat to shoot if its blowy.
