Don’t know if I like the idea of that big flat surface at the business end. Have your tried them yet?
How do they affect arrow flight?

Gday mate i can have it flat or leaning back to what ever is liked i havent tried them yet but at 30 meters they drop 3/4 of an inch to my field tips i shot a milk bottle at 40 meters and it blew it in half!!!
...Cheers alex......
I usually shoot 125 grain b/heads and field tips, I got some 100 field tips and a washer weighing 30 grains and they flew well out to 40 yards but due to the surface area of the washer, they dropped at longer distances, as do rubber blunts and even the G5 blunt.
Considering most shots at rabbits are under 40 yards I reckon they would work a treat, causing massive shock upon impact.
One problem I found is that they make a slight whistling sound when shot over 20 yards.
What material did you make them out of and do they make a whistling sound in flight?
I might have to make a few and see how they go.
Good information Silent Killer.............Howie
Was thinking if you had a press and you could press them into a conical shape instead of being round and flat, they would probably fly better and not whistle as they would have better aero-dynamics?

Yea i got a press but im working on it haveing a few probs geting them central.....
......Cheers alex.......
Have you got a conical punch and die? If so drill the hole after the fact and they will be central.
