dear anarcher
i have hunted mostly throught the day before, for about 6mths now, it was just last week i came up with the idea to hunt at night, i didnt realise how many people are against the idea nor was i aware of the rules and regulations for deer the last thing i want to do is come across as some sort of pocher this is the first time ive spoke to other bowhunters around australia im pretty new to this whole thing
so im sorry if i offended you, im going to go gack to hunting daylight hours seeing thats what i should be doing.
Hey mate. Look I understand that new hunters can get it wrong particularly if they have not been exposed to how others do it. This is why this site is good as it is the best spot to ask questions and get your answers. You unfortunately went the wrong way around and gave answers before you asked questions.
I think the best thing for you to do is to make a post and say to people what you said to me. People will respect your honesty and then lead you in the right direction rather than lambast you like they have. I was a little upset as we have a lot of young guys starting out and the message you were conveying was way off and I would have hated for them to think that what you were doing was the norm.
No one can be upset with inexperience. I know some people who hung out with the wrong guys when they started and some of the things they did were worse than what you have done. Still once steered in the right direction they have become successful and respected hunters. Hopefully you will become one of these people. The worst kind are those who know better and still do the wrong thing. I have no time for these types, hypocrites.
