Hi guys, How do I go about measuring my draw length? I am pretty sure it is 28" but when i tried to measure it just before it came out at 27". I used a blank shaft and got someone to mark the shaft in line with the front of the bow at full draw. Is this the right way or am I doing something wrong? Cheers Chris
yea mate u can do it that way

Measure your arm span (in inches) and divide it by 2.5.
Hope this helps.
Cheers, Cam
p.s. you'll have to pop over to the island for a beer mate ;)

I was told that to measure draw length you assume full draw position with a tape measure in your bow hand, and your draw length is at your lips.
Is that correct?
If you have a mate to help. do as you said and havethem measure for you at least 3 times though. Bowmancam's thgeory aslo works fairly well too but best bet is to get someone that knows to measure it for you, especially if you are paying for arrows to be made to length.
