Two blokes went a'field on the Sunday just gone and had a top day in the hills :)
After having a fox come to the whistle (literally the whistler, not the guy with the bow, lol) and him taking off in quick time, another likely looking spot appeared to us and we took up our possies.
With my new video camera rolling Moz directed and blew that peice of tin like no tomorrow a dark shape slithered into range from me.
The shot went off, and after being belted by a 3 blade expandable his blood lead 2 happy bowhunters to his log covered death bed.
My first recovered fox :)

With a few pics and video taken we shook hands and gathered our gear to make our way higher into the ranges.
We hadn't gone more than 100 meters before the shaggy covered behind of a goat shook our hunting minds into action.
Moz was about to wet himself at the idea of nailing some meat for a BBQ with his recurve, so he went ahead as I tried to capture what i could on film.
With a thump and a bleat I came up over a small rise to see that the Widow had struck :)
First goat for the Widow!
