I'm not sure about Australia; you could check out Abbey Archery or the Canberra Archery Shop. I just got some particular feathers in from Lancaster Archery in the USA that weren't available from 3Rivers or Australia.

Cresting designs? Too right! There's a brilliant husband-and-wife team who'll make you any arrow wrap you want, as well as having a huge variety of already made ones. I think the website is www.onestringer.com, and their names are Scott and Mindy Hesterly. I just got a heap of snake-skin-looking wraps, and they're great! They have an excellent reputation on www.TradGang.com too.

And they are well-priced, too. I think they cost less than what is available in Australia, and come in more than just the standard solid colours.
Ben thanks for the onestringer.com link, I have been looking for a cheap cresting option as I haven't the time to crest em myself these days but still need a stand out arrow to make them a little easier to find.
