i feel lucky to have recieved a bow from him as we traded and he said he sent the bow on the same day i sent mine but after waiting two week's for it to get here from n.s.w??? i started to bug him and kept asking question's and he told me that the bow got sent back to him because the packaging was damaged and i then waited another week and it finally turned up in the box i sent mine off in, sound's like he might of been planning something but because i told him i had gone into the post office everyday to see if it had come he might of though he better send it.

so like cougerking said, i will wait to recieve the money and then send off what i have sold.

Did you get his name and number before you sent the bow off,how old is he???if he is under age then maybe a phone call to his parents might help as they may not even know what he is up to....I always send items off as soon as they are sold and trust the other end to pay but I always have full contact details just in case...Towoomba is not that far from Tenterfield...;);)

Ease up there fellas! Ya just dont know for sure if this guy is just being slack or a rip off. If you are reading this Heart shooter, then coff up mate, dont get everyone off side! If there is a legite excuse then so be it, but respond as you should mate and tell SK whats going on!

Remember guy's we are not the judge or the hang men and we don't really know 100% whats going on with this fella.

If nothing happens from this guy S.K I am sure one of us will chase him down for you mate. cheers

Ok I spoke to Wayne today and he is just as upset about this whole thing and had not been aware of this thread. He has said that he has reciepts for where the money has gone out of his account and at this stage it has cost him as much a new bow(he is a dealer). He does not get on here so much any more but will try to get on tonight and post some pics of the reciepts.I am not getting involved here I just want to see the best outcome for everyone.

to me it does'nt sound like it's wayne's fault....? if he has put the money through then what else can he do? obviosly something has gone wrong in the bank or however he paid for it?

i dont really want to get involved but that's just my thought

Lots of people not wanting to get involved here but putting their two bobs worth in anyway. I once made a personal comment about someone on here and got my ass reamed. Could be that this was a bank f!#k-up. Wouldn't be the first time. If you want to get into the legalities of this ask your solicitor about the term "slander". This could cost you alot more than what you've lost to date. Be careful people. Making physical threats aint smart either.

Good point, and something to be wary of! A public forum is often not the best place to sort this problem out. It can easily get out of hand and be blown well out of proportion. There are ways and means of getting your money, it's fairly obvious that the 'public' labeling is not working. Just be careful of what is said.
A transaction problem may be at the 'heart' of it anyway.
