I was at home and didn’t rely have much to do so I decided to go for a hunt. I got my things together and headed of. I did a bit of walking and didn’t see anything until around 3:30 when I found a mob of about 20 goats. I watched them for a bit then put my facemask on and started my stalk. As I got closer I noticed that there wasn’t any Billy’s in the mob worth tacking so I practiced my stalking on a small nanny and I was going to take a shot if I could get to ten meters but I was busted at 15. A few minutes later I was on to another mob. They were eating the leaves of a tree that had just fallen down and there was no cover so I had to sit and wait behind a tree. Then the lead goat started to walk in my direction she got to 15 meters. I was about to draw my bow back and then the wind changed and they were out of their in a flash. I was getting frustrated because I had got busted twice in half an hour I was about to head home when I herd a bleat on the opacite ridge. When I got over their was a mob of 30 goats I stalked in to 20 meters I drew my bow back and placed my 20 meter pin on a nanny that was quartering away. The arrow struck here behind the last rib and exited low between here front legs tacking out here heart and a lung or two. I didn’t have to follow a blood trail because of the amount of dust she made by rolling about 30 meters down the hill and was stoped by a log. after looking at my prize I started my walk home. Sorry but I couldn’t get a self-timed pic because of how steep the hill was where she ended up. Thanks for reading.
