i recieved my new bow the other day, couldnt get it out of the box quick enough lovely lookin bit a kit and just what i was expecting [ bob lee hunter takedown] bolted her up ,string on, bit of a test draw and thats when i noticed a slight popping sound on letdown that noise was the string sliding off the limb back into the string groove turns out the top limb has got a decent left right lean so back in the box she went gotta say bob lee were realy good people to deal with and hopefully ill have a replacement soon.

It's a bit odd that you had problems with a new bow from a reputable company. Glad to hear they are looking after you well.
Is it going to take very long to replace?

that's gotta turn your smile upside down, but as long as they are looking after you you should be right.

i got a 62 inch 60 pounder jeffro it was a pretty tough decision as to what to get theres a lot quality bows to choose from over there but the lee got the nod, im tipping i would of purchased a checkmate hunter 2 but prior to the lee purchase i scored a checkmate hunter as new with 2 sets of limbs of mick smith, i recieved my 56 lb limbs that were on order the same day as the lee the checkmate s a gorgeous bow and real nice to shoot just glad i didnt have to wait 8 months for it .im hoping to have my replacement lee hunter in a month or so
