Sambar Property.

Well I went out to a new property I have got acess to here around Gippsland.

Went for a bit of a wonder with the Tomkat on sat morn before having to depart as my hunting mate wanted to watch the grand final..

A lot of very fresh promising signs of sambar. There were a couple of Hind with calfs and also two nice set of quality stag prints around. My huning mates brother in law shot a hind only two weeks ago just 500m from where we started the hunt.

Well I hope to have a few pictures and Hopefully one of these ever Illusive beasts on the ground!!!!

Good luck mate If you put the time in and get to know the area and the habbits of the local deer population its only a matter of time untill you will put something on the deck.
