I've been working on a Program,
Coded in Visual Basic, C++.
I was going to use it for my personal use but figured, I'd share it with the community of TBGA.
This program consists of Data which you can implement into your own Pc.
It will entitle you to store your photos in a Sub Folder on your PC where This program [Un-named as of yet] will monitor and possess the Photos/Data.
For instance you may select the Tab for "Hoyt Trykon" as your bow and it will bring up a list of options, Where you can Customise it, So at a click of amouse button you can bring up all the Kill Statistics, Range, Weather, and a bit of a story to the hunt, Whilst being able to have the pictures assorted with the story.
Basically, Create Profiles for your Bows, And then Record the Kills, Storys, Photos, Dates, Times, Weather, And have it to look back upon.
I will be working further into depth with it where i will try to loop it so you can upload the story from that Program and have it posted on TBGA forums, without actually having to come and Retype it, and go to image hosting etc.
New Feature that I will be able to do is If you use a GPS while hunting with specific models of GPS you can actually have it log your tracks so I will encorporate this program to use Google Earth to mark tracks on it so you can clearly see where you traveled for user reference later on.
Only Catch is.
I'll be operating it with Anti-leak protection, Where i encrypt it behind the scenes to accept specific Hardware I.D's this is to prevent organisations overseas or other parties from gaining the setup file and selling/distributing it to anyone,
Its Simple, if your Hardware I.D isn't input into the encrypted Code, It will simply Reject the Request So if lets say Bob gets a copy if he was to install it and run, It wont exec the .dll files its good as useless but those who are permitted will run it without Problems.
Distribution Will be Limited to users,
And Application/Request to get a genuine copy will be required in order to obtain it. This will not be a Public release. It's free but you just have to register with me.
Simply because i don't want some big corporate company using this code and edited it in the slightest way and selling it to make profit.
Regards
Glen
