Good quality pics mate. I just set mine up on tuseday and should have some pics to share after the weekend. I set it up where i have been getting a few goats lately and pretty certain i'll catch something on there.

Very clear pictures, what type of camera was it? I am planning on getting a couple this year ready for next year.

Woodstoka - what type of game camera is it??

if it's anything like my budget Moultrie then that soak/reeds behind you might be just a bit out of range for a fallow to get it's pic taken. i notice you weren't far from the camera itself for it to take a pic of you - but would the camera's range be good enough to pick up a fallow standing 20metres behind your position when shot was taken? Doesn't look like you can set it up any closer to that soak/reeds.

My Moultrie really needs an animal to linger for a few seconds to get a shot and chances of a fallow standing up close to your camera for a few seconds might be hard to come by.

To get around this i've had far more success aligning the camera down a fence line where deer will be directly walking towrads camera for a long time in order to get that pic.

ive only got these on my mates cam so far. Can anyone see whats in the second one. I think its just been so dry lately that the deer havent been very active. Maybe they have moved area for a while to find more food until it starts raining again. This is what ive got anyway. By the way the time is wrong. Does anyone have any decent pics?

Here ya go Luke, these are just a couple of what I have. Try and set up on a nice preach tree or very active wallow or rub tree. If you are using an older Moultrie digital camera it will take some time to wake up before it takes a picture, make sure you set it up on an area where the deer will be there for a while so it has the time to wake up.

sweet pics. Hopefully I'll get some like that too. I will keep trying at the wallow for a bit longer because when i first set up the cam there was heaps of sambar hair in it. He should come back to it soon enough. How do you make the photos big?

Check this out Luke. It is a commonly asked question. It is quite easy after you get the hang of it.
