Hi all,
Got to shoot some of the 08' bows that have just landed in the shop.
08' bows will steadily now trickle into Oz from the US, and so only a smattering of models were avaliable to try. These are hunting bows, and shot by me, no guru, just a hunter who loves shootin' bows ;)
This is really short, will put some pics up asap and fill in more of the info.
PSE
- X Force (especially the 'SS' [Super Short])
- RogueX
Bowtech
- The General
Diamond
- the Marquis
All bows are sweet. OK, honestly any bow from about the $650-$700 mark really do shoot wonderfully well.
The RogueX from PSE is a top rig for the affordable $660 odd :) It loads up evenly throughout the draw, but it does definately let you know that your using the 'X' type limbs/cams made famous by the XForce which came out in early 07'.
It hammers for the price, it really does, and without to many accessories on the bow when I shot it today there was a hint of hand pulse at the shot.
Shot really well so far, but will go on sometime soon ;)
