crossbow accuracy

Hi guys im about to get a crossbow and i was a little unsure about how to set up the bolts. Ive heard that brass inserts and flat nocks work the best but im unsure about fletch size and amout of helical also do 3 blade broad heads fly better than 2 bladers. If anyone with a crossbow could give me some advise on these areas or any others it would be greatly appreciated.

I use the front insert as a nock, in the bolts I made for the X-bow I used to own, that way I could cut down damaged aluminum arrows from either end. Fletching and broadheads work the same as an arrow.
